It was rotten. Something Rotten. Great show, not a bad seat. Except if you need leg room.

Show was great but the theater itself, while lovely inside, the staff and procedures were...not the best of Broadway. Management is definitely subpar!...

Always a good theatre to see a Broadway show and usually pleasant ushers (not always a sure thing in the area).

The plays are awesome but the building is old and kitsch in a typical old american jewish style.

The balcony seats are way high. A little uncomfortable with the height and not a lot of leg room. Many stairs to climb and it rotates as you go....

My son has issues with crowds. The staff at the door saw him struggling and stopped us from joining the line. They let us into the lobby to wait...

St James Theatre is beautiful in the classic style and has been the home to many excellent Broadway shows. I can't wait to back to the St James!⭐️
